On-Site Storage Rentals
We offer portable storage rentals of storage containers, trailers and offices for storage at your location. We are happy to lease and deliver newly refurbished containers that are reconditioned, repainted, weatherproofed and fitted with a steel lock box for additional security. We also will rent an "As-Is" condition shipping container based on customer request and availability.
Delivery Details
In this model, a customer rents a storage container and we deliver the unit to the location desired. We are able to deliver containers to almost any location, provided it has enough access for our delivery trucks and enough clearance for delivering the unit. Delivery options are based on the size of the container and the type of delivery truck involved, so please contact us for more information on delivery.
This is very convenient for a variety of applications including residential remodeling, construction containers, commercial storage and industrial storage.
Off-Site Storage Rentals
We also offer an off-site storage solution that involves a customer renting a container for storage at one of our locations. This service only includes the 20' cargo container and the 40’ and 45’ storage trailers. This is extremely convenient for customers that would like the convenience of curbside loading and off-site storage.
Delivery Details
The off-site storage solution requires an additional delivery and pick-up trip from the on-site storage solution. We will delivery the storage unit to your location for loading and then return the unit to our location for secure storing. Upon your request, we will again deliver the unit to your location for unloading and then pick-up the unit to return it to our yard.
Sales - Containers and Modified Offices
We also offer customers the option to purchase storage containers. This is particularly useful for a customer that is looking to use the container over a year and a half or wants the convenience of owning his or her own storage container. This also includes our steel container offices.

Container Modifications
Portable Storage Corp. has a full service maintenance team on site that can perform almost all container modifications or alterations upon requests. Common requests are to add doors, cut out spaces for windows and to add turbine vents. Some modifications can only be completed for purchase orders so please contact the location nearest you for more information.
Delivery Details
Portable Storage Corp. is very proud to offer some of the fastest and most flexible delivery schedules in the industry. We work with customers to learn about their storage needs, where they want the units delivered, and in what time period, as to provide the best portable storage delivery solution. Customers have access to our help desk as well as our logistics manager to ensure that their delivery needs are met. We can also accommodate weekend deliveries.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 days from the time of purchase. This does not include the delivery of units that require modifications. Delivery prices are based on geography from our Portable Storage Location.
